rocko migration: adapt dependencies for images 

As per Yocto 2.4, do_image_<type>[depends] has replaced IMAGE_DEPENDS_<type>.

The previous trick to propagate *boot* dependencies from *boot.[vfat|ubifs]*
is no longer needed.
