linux-dey-6.6: update STM branch for release v6.6-stm32mp-r2 

Update the STM32MP-specific kernel branch to Linux v6.6.78, aligned with the
latest ST release: openstlinux-6.6-yocto-scarthgap-mpu-v25.06.11.
