modemmanager: add separate XBee Cellular rule for ccimx8x-sbc-pro 

CC8X SBC Pro's LPUART0 port is routed to the Expansion connector.
The UART located in the XBee socket, MCA UART, is not currently supported
so comment the XBee Cellular rule for the moment.
