u-boot-dey: add support for U-Boot v2018.03
This adds support for U-Boot v2018.03 for CC8X platforms only. Create 'digi-u-boot.inc' with the common definitions for both v2017.03 and v2018.03. https://jira.digi.com/browse/DUB-881 Signed-off-by: Gonzalo Ruiz <Gonzalo.Ruiz@digi.com>
