firmware_qualcomm: ccimx6ul: fix MCS7 drop and adjust 5GHz TxPower

Set parameter 'greentxConfig__0_0=0x2' to use the optimal TxPower
in MCS7 data rates, improving performance.

Also, adjust maximum TxPower in the 5GHz band to account for
output power tolerances.
