bluez4: Configure bluetooth audio.

Add the following lines to add support for the HSP/HFP and A2DP profiles,
and to route the audio through the HCI SCO channel:

	Enable=Source,Sink,Headset,Gateway,Control,Socket,Media
	SCORouting=HCI
