ccimx9: bootscript: add logic to emulate a ccimx91 on a ccimx93 

Based on the environment variable emulate-cc91:

* Limit the ram memory to 512MB
* Enable the overlay _ov_som_emulate-ccimx91_ccimx93.dtbo
* Disable the npu node
