imx-atf: update to NXP's lf-6.1.22-2.0.0 release for ccimx93
...
New NXP's release is based on upstream v2.8. Use this only for ccimx93,
and keep using the previous Kirkstone release (based on upstream v2.6)
for the rest of the platforms.
