Arturo Buzarra ce709e3cfc dey-examples: upgrade spidev_test application

Alex Gonzalez 8988542df3 meta-digi: Rename from DEL to DEY. 
The final product will be called "Digi Embedded for Yocto" or DEY for
short.

This commit renames all relevant files.
