Isaac Hermida fb9a3c9814 nxp-wlan-sdk: iw612-sdk: add nxp tools 
Add nxp-wlan-sdk repice as a verbatim copy and add our bbappend
for fixing the build.
This recipe include some tools, mainly for RF porpouses.
