Set 'UBOOT_HAS_FASTBOOT=true' on CCMP1 platforms and therefore add the
UUU installation script to the installer ZIP file.

Explicitly set this variable to keep some necessary scripts in /etc/init.d and
set a "softer" assignment to allow override it.
