If IMAGE_FEATURE 'read-only-rootfs' is active, the rootfs image
will be SQUASHFS.
Remove other root file system images, such as ext4, ubifs, sdcard.gz
to avoid confusion and use by install scripts.

These images are comprised of the bootloader, linux and rootfs images. Since
the rootfs images are highly compressable, we can compress the .sdcard file as
well to reduce the space taken up by build artifacts.

Modify the code used to generate the .sdcard and .installer.zip files so that
they contain the decompressed .ext4 image.

The variable BT_DEVICE_NAME is used to name the Bluetooth device name on
the BlueZ configuration file. Re-use the contents of DIGI_FAMILY (except
for ccimx6qp which re-writes it) to simplify platform definitions.

- WLAN_P2P_INTERFACE is the same for all platforms: "p2p0".
- WLAN_P2P_DEVICE_NAME can be built out of ${DIGI_FAMILY} except for
the ccimx6qp, that's why it has a weak default assignment.

WPA and P2P configuration files are basically the same between all
platforms, so we remove all duplicated files to use a common file
and modify it in the recipe logic.

This adds support for U-Boot v2017.03 for all platforms (including CC8X).
For legacy v2015.04:
- Renames u-boot.inc as a versioned file only for v2015.04.
- Moves boot/install scripts from versioned folder into non-versioned
folder (since the scripts remain the same between versions).
For new v2017.03:
- Re-uses poky's u-boot.inc in rocko for v2017.03
- DEY recipe re-writes the do_compile for special U-Boot configuration
required for TrustFence.
- DEY recipe appends the do_deploy, for U-Boot scripts and deploy of
special TrustFence artifacts.
- Adds u-boot-dtb.xxx to UBOOT_CONFIG, required for new U-Boots.
- Adds CC8X scripts.

U-Boot has been able to boot kernel zImage for a long time so make this
the default kernel image.
For the CC6 we still want to use uImage for compatibility reasons.

Add initial support for Digi's ConnectCore 6 QuadPlus SBC.
The ccimx6qp platform has the QCA6564 chip instead of the
other Atheros chips and included the Atmel ECC508A cryptographic

- Added the new image type 'recovery.vfat' to the DEY images
generation process. This new image is a clone of the 'boot.vfat'
but including the recovery ramdisk and the recovery boot script.

There are different SBC boards IDs each one having a different
device tree file in the form imx6X-ccimx6sbc-idZZZ.dtb, where:
X is the CPU family (q=Quad/Dual, dl=DualLite/Solo).
ZZZ is the board ID number.

* Merge u-boot-dey-rev_2015.04.inc into the recipe. There is no need to
split the recipe, as there is no other recipe using this u-boot code.
* Update uboot configurations to the new format '_defconfig'. Also add
the new 2GB variant.
* Remove PREFERRED_VERSION_u-boot-dey for CC6, as there is only one
version available for this platform.

This is needed in the context of CC6 variants 0x7 and 0x9 (EMMC-less).
Changes:
* Do not use 'meta-fsl-arm' image generation class: removed include and
override SDCARD generation function
* Use same VFAT boot image for EMMC and SD card. The u-boot bootscript
has been adapted to be able to boot Linux from both SD and EMMC.

The IMAGE_FSTYPES variable for ccimx51js and ccimx53js was not correct,
it was taking the default one from Poky (IMAGE_FSTYPES="tar.gz")
instead of the one in 'imx-digi-base.inc' file. This happened because we
were using the weak '??=' assignement while the default in Poky was
using '?='.
Also rework a bit how this variable is set, so it is easily overriden on
project config files or initramfs recipes.

The i.MX6 has an internal PMU with LDOs to supply voltages to the different
ARM sybdomains. There are two possible configurations, to use this internal
LDOs or to use the external PMIC to supply the voltages (LDO bypass).
The default is to boot with LDO bypass, and the device tree with the -dts
suffix will boot with the i.MX6 internal LDO.

In Yocto 1.7 meta-fsl-arm replaced udev-extraconf bbappend with a new
package (udev-rules-imx). So we need to adapt our own bbappend to these
changes so all the needed udev rules are in place.
