Part of these changes are related to the update to Qt 6.8. Slightly modify
qtquick3d_git.bbappend to mirror NXP's configuration (i.MX GPU drivers don't
support OpenXR)

Remove any content that has been upstreamed to meta-freescale and update the
recipes with the latest changes in meta-imx, while keeping our customizations.

QT v6.5 is a long term support (LTS) and is the version used in newer
releases from NXP (based on Yocto 4.2 mickledore)
This commit basically backports the QT v6.5 from meta-freescale community
layer (mickledore) with some recipe's polishing from meta-imx.

Mostly a verbatim copy of the recipes in 'meta-imx' as of release
rel_imx_5.15.71_2.2.0, with a couple of changes:
* packagegroup-qt6-imx.bb renamed to packagegroup-qt6-dey.bb
* removed 'nxp-demo-experience' from packagegroup-qt6-dey.bb as the recipe
lives in a different layer 'meta-nxp-demo-experience' which we currently
don't clone under DEY.
