This commit removes the mesa-gl_%.bbappend file because that latest version
of the recipe is available in the zeus branch of meta-freescale.

Some .bbappend files for clutter, cogl and mesa recipes are already available
in meta-freescale, so we can remove them from meta-digi. Also remove the
libinput recipe, since a much newer version of it exists in poky.

Some of these recipes might not be strictly necessary for xwayland to work, but
they are related, so I have added them just in case.

Some packages are not updated in meta-freescale/rocko, so we do
need to include some of these.
The patches for gstreamer in the original commit are skipped, as
poky/rocko uses a newer version.

Ship libgles3-mesa-dev package along with libgles2-mesa-dev because
otherwise GLES3 headers are missing from the toolchain and we have build
failures for example compiling QT applications.
Exactly the same workaround is done for the vivante implementation in
meta-fsl-arm layer.
