imx-vpu: Fix selected version for 6Q and 6DL [LF-1816]
An older version of imx-vpu, from upstream, is being selected
for the image instead of the current one. The problem is
the override imxvpucnm used for the COMPATIBLE_MACHINE
is no longer being used. Update the recipe to use SOC
overrides instead.

Remove our .bbappend, which was wrongly making this recipe compatible with the
imx8. Directly port NXP's recipe (v5.4.39), which is newer than the one in
meta-freescale (v5.4.38).

The 5.4.37 recipe already exists on meta-freescale and the
bbappend was wrongly resetting the COMPATIBLE_MACHINE to only
the ccimx8x.
