Alex Gonzalez a0d00e4d76 meta-digi: Use the same template for include files. 
They all have a copyright and the all do:

PR = "${DISTRO}.${INC_PR}.0"

Then recipes which include them include:

PR = "${DISTRO}.${INC_PR}.0"
