The recipe's contents are unchanged, but the version number in the recipe name
will now match the rest of the vivante-related recipes.

Some packages are not updated in meta-freescale/rocko, so we do
need to include some of these.
The patches for gstreamer in the original commit are skipped, as
poky/rocko uses a newer version.
This partially reverts commits:
