meta-digi-dbl: Add jpeg preferred provider.

This avoids the following recipe parsing warning:
NOTE: multiple providers are available for jpeg (jpeg, libjpeg-turbo)
NOTE: consider defining a PREFERRED_PROVIDER entry to match jpeg
