Both gstreamer1.0-plugins-good-qt and imx-qtapplications haven't been
officially supported by NXP ever since they migrated to qt6 on i.MX platforms,
and both of them apply only to imxgpu3d platforms. In our case, we only use qt5
in the ccimx6ul, so we don't need these packages at all.

Our distribution is Digi Embedded Yocto (DEY), so use that to mark the
upstream status of the patches in our layer.

EGLFS is a platform plugin for running single Qt applications in full-screen
mode, without a windowing system like X11 or Wayland.

Otherwise, launching a Qt5 app will result in errors and the QPA platform will
need to be set manually to get it to work.

This commit creates a new launcher group in the '/etc/xdg/weston/weston.ini' to
have access to the QT cinematicexperience.
This is done for QT5 (ccmp15, ccimx8mm, ccim8mn) and QT6 (ccimx93).

Remove the 'qt5-layer' hardcoded dependence for 'digi-dey' and
dynamically get whether QT5 is being used in the project. This is done
with a new class _qt-version.bbclass_ that is able to get that
information from the project.
