Isaac Hermida 412f1b1e55 meta-digi: rename external ethernet references to second ethernet
The name "ext-eth" seems to indicate "External Ethernet". Rename that variable
and related ones to a more proper name like second ethernet.

Javier Viguera 000ad17184 meta-digi: remove machine specific WPA_DRIVER
Now that the MX5 platforms have been removed the only value for
WPA_DRIVER is 'nl80211' (used by Atheros wireless driver), so there is
no need to have a platform specific value.

Just initialize the value in the init-ifupdown recipe with a weak
assignment so it can be override from the project's local.conf.

Javier Viguera 7d126d318b meta-digi-arm: split ath6kl firmware from kernel module
Split the ATH6KL firmware files to a different recipe and package so
they can be used regardless of what driver we are using (the external
module or the upstream driver).

Reuse the 'firmware-atheros' recipe which was creating a package with
bluetooth firmware, to create the package with wireless firmware as
well.

Also remove 'ccimx6' as compatible machine for the external atheros
module, as the module does not even compile with the kernel version we
are using (3.14).

Javier Viguera 51a3bdb25f meta-digi: remove Linux preferred versions
There is only one kernel supported for each platform, so there is no
need to explicitly set the kernel preferred version.

Also:

* Remove IS_KERNEL_2X variable which is no longer needed.
* Simplify jenkins build script, now that we do not need to build two
  kernel versions for ccardimx28.

Javier Viguera 0dc6b44dee meta-digi: do not hardcode machine related utilities
nvram, ubootenv and update_flash are machine related utilities. They
need to be configured per-platform via MACHINE_EXTRA_RDEPENDS and thus
leaving packagegroup-dey-core as much platform-agnostic as possible.

This also allows to skip these utilities for platforms not using them.

Alex Gonzalez 7795aa736c meta-digi-arm: ccardimx28js: Add 3.10 kernel version.
The UBOOT_LOADADDRESS and UBOOT_ENTRYPOINT variables are only used in
the kernel recipe, so remove from the machine configuration files.

Also, use the defconfig from the kernel tree which compiles all the
support by default and expects the device tree to be configured with
the desired support. Hence, remove all the empty configuration fragments
files.

Alex Gonzalez c3c816ec52 Add support for variants
I have split the machine configuration in two:

-The module machine configuration include, for example ccimx53.inc
-The machine configuration (for example cimx53js.conf) which includes
the variant configuration.

This will allow for customers to create their own machine keeping the
module include file.

The variant can be configured in the local.conf file with a
MACHINE_VARIANT variable.

The variant names are made up of the interface initials as follows:

    w: wifi
    e: externel ethernel
    b: bluetooth
    1: 1-wire
    a: accelerometer
    g: GPU
    v: VPU
    128: 128MB RAM
4k: 1024MB NAND (only for MX51 JTAG flash)

For details regarding the supported variants, each machine configuration
file contains a comment with a variants table.
