Introduction
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
  This document provides information about Digi Embedded Yocto 1.8 (DEY-1.8),
  Digi International's professional embedded Yocto development environment.

  Digi Embedded Yocto 1.8 is based on the 1.8 (Fido) Yocto release.

  For setup instructions refer to the Quick Start Guide available to download
  from Digi's support site.

1. Supported Platforms
-------------------------------------------------------------------------

  The current Digi Embedded Yocto 1.8 release supports the following hardware
  platforms:

    * ConnectCore 6 SBC                      (Digi P/N CC-SB-WMX-J97C)
    * ConnectCard for i.MX28 JumpStart Kit   (Digi P/N CC-WMX28-LX)

  Previous versions of Digi Embedded Yocto include support for additional Digi
  hardware.

  The additional hardware supported by DEY-1.4 is the following:

    * ConnectCore for MX51                   (Digi P/N CC-(W)MX51-LX)
    * ConnectCore for MX53                   (Digi P/N CC-(W)MX53-LX)


2. Supported System-On-Module variants
-------------------------------------------------------------------------

  Digi's system-on-modules can be ordered in different hardware variants, for
  example with different memory configurations. For a list of the available
  module variants please refer to the Digi embedded products web page.

  All module variants are fully supported on the current release, except for
  the following which remain in beta software support:

  CC-WMX-K77C-TE                             (Digi P/N 55001818-11)
  CC-MX-PF58-ZK                              (Digi P/N 55001674-04)
  CC-WMX-PF58-VM                             (Digi P/N 55001669-02)
  CC-WMX-PF47-ALG1                           (Digi P/N 55001667-02)
  CC-WMX-PE47-TM                             (Digi P/N 55001667-04)
