Revert "weston-init: Fix being underrun with superTile format and video playing on i.mx8dxmek [YOCIMX-4227]"

    The setting has been merged into driver [MGS-5713]

    This reverts commit bfaf99da16df2b7fd56ec6454406d5a71e90aa9f.
