Gonzalo Ruiz d9563ea54e u-boot-dey: add config to select whether to build the scripts ... Add configuration 'BUILD_UBOOT_SCRIPTS' to select whether to build the boot and install scripts or not, and set it to 'true' by default. This allows removing the scripts on upper Yocto layers.
