Alex Gonzalez e15dc30800 meta-digi-arm: firmware-atheros: Update fw-4.bin for RED certification 
The new fw-4.bin (v3.4.0.236) with md5sum e2fc33daba2c35fe2c4f62492a44f8b6
was used to pass RED (Radio Equipment Directive) certification on the CC6
module.

The PS_ASIC.pst file determines which Bluetooth class the module will
operate under.  Copy PS_ASIC_class_1.pst to PS_ASIC.pst if you want
your device to be a Bluetooth class 1 device.  Copy PS_ASIC_class_2.pst
to PS_ASIC.pst if you want your device to be a Bluetooth class 2
device.
