Gabriel Valcazar f6d91b9022 mca-tool/trustfence-tool: don't install files in /sbin when usrmerge is enabled ... These recipes install binaries inside of /sbin, which causes QA errors when usrmerge is enabled in DISTRO_FEATURES.
