Mike Engel 0a307d029e meta-digi-dey: replace systemd-udev-settle from BT and ifupdown service ... This commit replaces systemd-udev-settle from bluetooth-init and ifupdown service. Systemd recommends not to use that service and wait for specifc event or service to sync interfaces.
