Arturo Buzarra 0cacb0c511 dtc: keep version 1.4.5 only for CC6/CC6QP platforms that build U-Boot 2017.X ... This version is only required to build U-Boot 2017.X, so since CC6UL was moved to a new U-Boot version it is not necessary and also fixes a build issue.
