Hector Palacios 63e7031614 add missing `pn-` prefix to INSANE_SKIP appends ... Commit 9c3916da94 added INSANE_SKIP "32bit-time" to certain recipes that use 32bit APIs on the ccmp1 SOMs, but forgot to include the `pn-` prefix to really apply to those recipes.
