Arturo Buzarra a8d7b3c623 wpewebkit: limit number of parallel threads to fix a build issue ... Building the wpewebkit recipe with more than 16 threads throws an unexpected error "ninja: build stopped: subcommand failed.", so this commit limits it to a safe value.
