Gonzalo Ruiz b242ee1a93 qualcomm.sh: get mount point to remount from /proc/mounts ... Obtain the mount point of the filesystem to remount as 'read-write' from /proc/mounts to avoid issues related to df output wrapping on a second line when the device filesystem name is too long.
