Christophe Priouzeau a4d8a1a985 stm-st-stm32mp: gstreamer-plugins-bad: v4l2codecs: add support of encoding from UYVY 
Add UYVY support in order to be aligned with stateful v4l2 codecs
such as v4l2jpegenc.
