The following changes have been made to the bluetooth-init script: * Remove "hciconfig hci0 up/down" and this is now deprecated and likely to fail. We use the AutoEnable feature of bluetoothd for this now. * Move setting the MAC address to hciattach instead of using hcitool. * Remove resets performed by hcitool and hciconfig.
