Mike Engel f88ea99ed3 ccimx6ul: Removed CONSOLE_ENABLE_GPIO_NR platform specific naming. 
This commit changes the CONFIG_CCIMX6SBC_CONSOLE_ENABLE_GPIO_NR define
into a platform independent setting.
