Arturo Buzarra 261f0e1399 trustfence: fix PKI tree generation on non-encrypted platforms ... Commit 3fdb245765 ("trustfence: add encrypted boot artifact support for CCMP13 platform") broke PKI tree generation when encryption is disabled.
